Reorganise the Location transaction file

1. Select the Reorganise location transaction file menu item.
2. You access the main panel. Define what transactions should be reorganised by completing the following fields:

   Warehouse

   Enter the warehouse for which transactions should be reorganised.

   Event code

   Enter a location event code indicating the event that is to be deleted from the Location transaction file.

   Note: A location event is the same as a transaction type and is something that caused the location transaction to be created, for example, a purchase order, a stock movement, etc.

   Trans. date before

   Enter a date indicating what transactions should be removed from the file. Summary transactions with a date that is less than or equal to the entered date will be deleted.

   Sum. per year

   Indicate if you want to summarise the location transactions by year.

   Sum. per month

   Indicate if you want to summarise the location transactions by month.

   Sum. all

   Indicate if you want to summarise all the location transactions.

   Note: Summarisation is done by Transaction type, Item, Warehouse, Zone, Location and Batch.

   Click OK. The selected location transactions are removed from the file. Exit the routine.
