Work with project orders phases (POM100F)

The purpose of this program is to work with project/quotation phases. The panel displays all project phases that are currently in system. They will appear in descending project number order.

Options


Elements Select this option to access the Phase elements maintenance (POM003E) panel to maintain the element lines (activities, items and services) of the selected project phase.
Text Select this option to view/work with text related to the project/quotation phase.
Addresses Select this option to access the Phase address maintenance (POM003C) panel to maintain addresses related to the project phase.
Invoice plan Select this option to access the Phase invoice plan maintenance (POM003D) panel to maintain the project phase level invoice plan.
Close Select this option to close the phase line and change the phase status to 99. This is only valid if status is 60. For quotations this option is always allowed. Note: Closing the phase means that no more reporting can be done on the phase.
Open Select this option to open the phase line and change the phase status to 40. This is only valid if status is 60. Note: This enables you to work and report on the phase again.

Selection fields

Order number
This column displays the project/project quotation number.
Ver
This column displays the project quotation version. This is only displayed for project quotations.
Phase
This column displays the phase number.
Customer
This column displays the customer of the project/quotation.
Cost price
This column displays the cost price of the phase.
Text
This column denotes if text is connected to the phase.
S
The code denotes the status of the phase.

Valid codes are:

Phase description
This column displays the phase description.
Handler
This column displays the handler of the project/quotation.
Planned start date
This column displays the planned start date of the phase.
Planned completion date
This column displays the planned end date of the phase.
Project type
This column displays the type that is used for this project/quotation.
Cost centre
This column can only be displayed if the cost centre acc part is activated in the G/L control file. Displays the cost centre to be used when book-keeping transactions and sales orders are created from DC1 Project Management.
Print detail prices
This column denotes if the detail prices should be printed.
Hide line
This column denotes if a line should be printed.
Manually changed price
This column denotes if the net sales value of this phase has been changed manually.
