This reorganisation does not affect any Orders received statistics already transferred to and stored in the Balance file. That information will still be available to DC1 Report Writer and DC1 Analyser. It is up to your company to decide when, or if, you want to delete this data. It is important, however, that you not run this program while someone else is using the system.
- Select the Reorganise orders received statistics menu item.
- You access the Order received statistics reorganisation panel. Complete the following field:
- Order stat period <
- Mandatory entry. Enter an applicable period. Only the statistic log entries with this period or less will be deleted.
Click OK.
