With this function you keep insurance information per asset. You can use the function simply to store insurance policy information, or you can link insurance policies to the assets in Work with assets (the Asset file). The function helps you to:
- Manage your total and annual insurance premiums per year.
- Revalue insurance values according to a user defined index.
- Flag uninsured assets.
- Analyse insurance information on the asset level by linking insurance policies to assets in the Asset file.
Enquiries and printouts
- Insurance companies – displays information about the insurance companies that have been set up in your system.
- Insurance policies – displays information about assets covered by an insurance policy.
- Asset insurance information list – displays the insurance value for the assets in your company. This gives you an overview of the insurance situation of the assets in your company.
- Insurance list – displays details about the insurance status of the assets in your company. You can see information about the total premium cost per company, as well as information showing which assets that are covered per policy.
