From this panel you create the checklist criteria denoting the checkpoints, for the nature of your business, that you want checked/performed before the service job is closed. Per checklist criterion you define the values and indicate if they are optional or mandatory. All values are displayed during checklist reporting, but those flagged with mandatory must be met in order for a service job to be closed. If any mandatory values are not met, or are not entered, you will not be able to close the service job.
