Work with SIP document types (SIPD10201)

In this program you specify the type of documents that can be used for sundry invoicing. The entries must exist in Work with document types. If, for example, the INV document type exists in both A/R and A/P, then INV may only be used once in this program. Note that only document types defined as data type 1 and with reversed sign set to NO are allowed.

Selection fields

System ID
This column lists the system identities where the existing document types are used.
Document type
This column lists the existing document types used for sundry invoicing.
Description
This column lists the document type descriptions. This description will be retrieved as invoice text on the invoice header when the related document type is used, but can be changed on the header.
Interface type
This column lists the interface types defined for the document types.

System ID
Enter the system identity where the document type should used. The system identities are defined in Work with languages.
Document type
Enter a code from Work with document types to indicate the type of document that you want to be able to use for sundry invoicing.
Description
The document type description is automatically retrieved from Work with document types.
Interface type
Enter a code from Work with interface types to indicate how the G/L postings for the document type should be transferred to DC1 Financials from a pre-system.
